20 Fenchurch Street achieves the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Building Standard Core Precertification – the largest building in the United Kingdom to ever achieve this recognition. This is the second key milestone in the wellbeing journey of this distinctive building in London that achieved the WELL Health and Safety Rating earlier in the year.
