125 Greenwich Street‘s curtain wall installation is wrapping up as reported by the New York Yimby and seen in the images shown here. The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed, 912-foot tall tower topped out in March of this year, and once completed will offer 273 residencies with a unique amenities space on the top three floors. Built as two side-by-side monumental I-beams rotated 90 degrees into the sky, the tower’s uncommon structure is especially resistant to wind forces and makes possible a more flexible mix of residential units with wide open vistas over the city and the harbor.
