Yesterday, Rafael Viñoly Architects’ Andrea Lamberti, Partner, helped to kick-off New York City Real Estate Tech Week as a panelist on Propmodo’s Future Cities discussion exploring emerging technologies and trends reshaping cities in the next decade. The panel included John Macomber, Senior Lecturer of Business Administration, Harvard Business School; Michael Hendrix, Director of State and Local Policy, The Manhattan Institute; and moderator Aaron M. Renn, Senior Fellow, Manhattan Institute; Contributing Editor, City Journal. Ms. Lamberti shared the firm’s approaches on designing flexible and future proof projects with equitable amenities, citing the Vallco Town Center, The Van Andel Institute, The Stavros Niarchos Foundation-David Rockefeller River Campus at The Rockefeller University, and the New Stanford Hospital as examples.
