Sebastián is a seasoned architect and Director at Rafael Viñoly Architects, where he has overseen the firm’s regional office in South America since 2006. With a strong focus on design and construction administration, Sebastián has led numerous projects throughout the region, showcasing his expertise in architecture and real estate development. His leadership extends to managing the Buenos Aires office until its relocation to Montevideo in 2022, where he spearheaded local office expansion initiatives. Currently, he is deeply involved in the construction administration of prominent projects such as the Cipriani Ocean Resort and Club Residences in Punta del Este, Uruguay, and the Fundación Cervieri Monsuarez in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay, collaborating directly with owners and contractors to ensure project success.

With an impressive portfolio of projects including Medano El Pinar, Plaza Alemania, and the Carrasco International Airport, Sebastián continues to shape the architectural landscape of South America with his visionary leadership and design prowess.
