Christina is a dynamic and versatile business development professional with a talent for quickly adapting to new environments and excelling across various teams, disciplines, and industries. Since 2024, she has served as Director at Rafael Viñoly Architects, where she supports the firm’s growth strategy, develops new business opportunities, and promotes the firm’s wide range of services.
Prior to her current role, Christina held roles as Planning and Business Development Leader (2021-2024), and Business Operations Funding Specialist (2019-2021) at DLR Group New York. During this time, she led planning projects across the country and raised $6.6 million in grant funds for clients. She also developed relationship-driven strategies and successfully collaborated across business verticals to launch new initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Christina worked at Webb Management Services from 2014 to 2019, progressing from Research Analyst to Senior Consultant. She completed over 200 strategic plans and feasibility studies, resulting in significant cultural investments. Additionally, she served as a Research Consultant for the Downtown Brooklyn Arts Alliance, where she developed a comprehensive cultural policy and conducted extensive community outreach.
