Waterline Square Construction Update

Waterline Square reached a major construction milestone last week with the topping out of all three of its residential towers. The 2.2 million-square-foot development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side features a three-acre park surrounded by three towers designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, Richard Meier Architects, and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), respectively.
