Three Waterline Square Tops-out

Three Waterline Square topped out vertical construction this week, while the tower’s curtain wall continues to go up below. The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed residential tower’s form and façade resembles faceted crystals and faces a three-acre park in the center of a 2.2 million-square-foot residential development in New York City.
