Scientific Equipment & Furniture Association (SEFA) recently announced continuing the ‘Lab of the Year’ competition in 2020. The awards program recognizes excellence and innovation in laboratory design and construction in two categories, New Laboratory and Renovated or Adaptive Reuse Laboratory.
“This exciting development spotlights laboratory projects that align with SEFA’s goals of creating innovative, efficient, and safe laboratory environments,” said Jay Bargmann, Vice President, Rafael Vinoly Architects, and a SEFA Advisory Board member.
Submissions are open now to designers (architects or engineers), owners, and builders of laboratories of all types, located anywhere in the world. The awards will be presented during SEFA’s 32nd Annual Meeting – Trade Show which will be held at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel November 4-6, 2020.
