CityRealty recently featured an exclusive video featuring Rafael Viñoly Architects’ Rafael Viñoly on the vision and thinking behind 277 Fifth, a 55-story residential tower currently under construction in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood. The tower features perimeter columns that establish an alternating rhythm of vertical floor-to-ceiling windows, while at several points in the façade, double-height loggias are inserted to create open-air spaces for leisure and entertainment.
