Located on the corner of Hyde Park in London, the Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed, Marble Arch Place is a large mixed-use development that will result in a new landmark building for the City, and a striking gateway to the West End.
The development’s variable massing houses The Bryanston, an 18-storey residential tower with 54 apartments elevated above the city and historic parkland; a 7-storey commercial building providing over 95,000 sq.ft. of high quality office space, retail spaces, and a cinema; and new public realm and public art.
