Amaris Construction Update

Installation of Amaris’ curtain wall is almost complete, and landscaping of a new 1.5 acre public park adjacent to the building is underway as seen in these recent construction images.

Located in Washington D.C., the Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed 12-story, 96-unit, residential building serves as a portal to The Wharf, a more than 3.2 million square foot, world class, mixed-use development along the Washington Channel of the Potomac River. The building’s curvilinear form allows for highly flexible interior layouts, expansive views, daylight deep within each residential unit, and creates a recognizable and distinctive form along the waterfront.
