The foundation and basement floors of the Ritz Carlton New York – Nomad have been built to street level, and an construction crane has been installed as recently reported by New York Yimby. Work continues on the Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed, 508 foot tall tower located at 1185 Broadway at 28th Street in New York City.
Scheduled for completion in 2021, the tower will feature 250 hotel rooms, 16 branded residences, renowned Ritz-Carlton amenities and services, a rooftop bar, a large public garden, and open terraces that will feature greenery and trees.
