1185 Broadway’s exterior construction hoist has been dismantled and the tower’s façade installation is nearing completion as reported in a recent New York Yimby feature.
Located in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood, the 580-foot-tall tower will be home to the City’s newest Ritz Carlton Hotel, featuring 250 hotel rooms, 16 branded residences, renowned Ritz-Carlton amenities and services, a rooftop bar, a large public garden, and open terraces that will feature greenery and trees.
