The Ritz Carlton New York, Nomad’s concrete superstructure is nearing its 508-foot pinnacle and façade installation is underway as shown in these recent photos by Field Condition.
The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed tower will be home to the City’s newest Ritz Carlton Hotel, featuring 250 hotel rooms, 16 branded residences, renowned Ritz-Carlton amenities and services, a rooftop bar, a large public garden, and open terraces that will feature greenery and trees. Scheduled for completion in 2021, the tower will offer guests and residents striking views of the Empire State Building and downtown.
