An aerial view of the National Medal of Honor Museum construction site from this past March shows the installation of prefabricated MEP racks inside precast concrete mega-columns. The racks feature a custom assembly of MEP components that will bring utilities to the Museum’s primary building volume 40 feet above grade.
The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed Museum is a new 130,000-gross square foot facility located in the Arlington, Texas Entertainment District, across from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park. The design concept evokes both the “burden” of those who have received the Medal of Honor and the inspirational character traits that are exemplified by its recipients.
