The Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed tower broke ground in late 2018 and the building’s superstructure is currently out of the ground and stands several stories above street level. The 508-foot-tall tower will feature 250 hotel rooms, 16 branded residences, renowned Ritz-Carlton amenities and services, a rooftop bar, a large public garden, and open terraces that will feature greenery and trees. Scheduled for completion in 2021, the tower will offer guests and residents striking views of the Empire State Building and downtown Manhattan.
