This coming Wednesday, Rafael Viñoly Architects’ Andrea Lamberti will speak on a NYC Build Bio+ Life Science Real Estate Development Symposium panel exploring innovative strategies that create space for new facilities and meet the evolving requirements of the life sciences industry. Ms. Lamberti will elaborate on the motivation and design behind the recently opened Stavros Niarchos Foundation-David Rockefeller River Campus at The Rockefeller University: two new acres of highly flexible space to work, study, collaborate, and make breakthroughs. Ms. Lamberti will then join a group of esteemed peers to discuss the changing nature of real estate environments, placemaking amenities and creating communities that attract top life science talent.
In its second year, the symposium will examine the progress and potential that New York City has for the life sciences as well as serving as a catalyst for driving targeted initiatives in the City.
