It was a pleasure having the students of Columbia University’s Graduate Real Estate Program visit our office today for presentation on the design of 277 Fifth, a residential tower currently under construction in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood.
The presentation was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Raquel Ramati, Adjunct Professor, Columbia GSAPP, with panelists Moshe Shuster, President of Victor Group and developer of 277 Fifth, and Andrea Lamberti, Partner at Rafael Viñoly Architects.
