Think Horizontal: Unlocking Collaborative Potential in Academic Research Facilities

Monday, July 14, 2014, 1:45 PM-2:45 PM

This year’s conference introduces a new presentation series, Lightning Round, where presenters inspire or share knowledge on a variety of higher education planning topics using the PechaKucha™ 20×20 format-single presentations consisting of 20 images, each timed for 20 seconds. Partner at Viñoly,  Andrea Lamberti, will give a concise and rapid presentation on the planning and design of buildings horizontally in order to capture underutilized site areas for more intensive and effective program usage and foster active user movement within buildings through the interrelationship of day-lit collaborative spaces and circulation zones.
