On Wednesday, June 29th, Viñoly Partner Andrea Lamberti will speak at CTBUH Philadelphia. Ms. Lamberti will explore how mixed-use residential towers in cities across the United States are becoming instruments of urban change – propelling neighborhoods in transition into active, vibrant communities, while minimizing the outward growth of city footprints. She will present three case studies in New York, Chicago, and Miami, and will illustrate how the City of Philadelphia can benefit from these urban market experiences.
